Y Garthen

A historical adventure featuring Pegi, a 13-year-old girl who lives with her brother, Ifan, and her dotty grandmother. Pegi and Ifan work at the Rhyd Ddu wool factory in Llŷn. One morning, Pegi finds a bag of money which has been stolen from the factory and Amos Williams, the factory manager, accuses Ifan of taking it. This book has been shortlisted for the 2026 Tir na n-Og prize.
