William Jenkins is just like any other boy of his age, except he has an overactive imagination! While delivering a parcel to Tuesday and Elvis Evans, William asks for the foreign stamps on the outside, only to discover that the majority of them are from Romania. William doesn't know much about Romania, but he soon works out that Romania has one very famous resident... DRACULA!
